The service

TubeToPodcast creates private RSS feeds for personal listening to public YouTube channels and playlists. Audio availability depends on YouTube, content accessibility and podcast-app compatibility.

Account

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Pro access belongs to the account that starts the trial or completes payment.

Private and acceptable use

Feeds are for personal, private and non-commercial listening. You may not publish them in directories, publicly share their URLs, claim third-party content as your own or use them to redistribute content. You may provide the URL to your podcast app only to add the private feed.

Use the service only with your own or authorised content, or in a manner permitted by applicable law. You may not bypass restrictions, access private content, make abusive requests, resell the service or disrupt its operation.

Third-party rights and takedowns

You must respect copyright, trademarks, image rights, privacy and all other third-party rights. We may block or remove feeds and suspend accounts following a substantiated complaint, a breach or a risk to the service. Takedown requests can be submitted from the Rights and takedowns page.

Pricing, trial, renewal and cancellation

Each person may use one 7-day Pro trial. The trial is limited by account and payment method. A card is required, but there is no charge when the trial starts. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at €2.99 per month.

Pro includes unlimited feeds and continuous updates. The subscription renews and is charged automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the active period.

When Pro access ends, the account is paused: existing feeds are retained, but they stop receiving new episodes and no more feeds can be created until Pro is reactivated. Accounts with previous lifetime Pro access keep that access.

Stripe processes payments. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify or discontinue features to fix errors, improve security or respond to third-party changes. Where possible, material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

Third-party services

TubeToPodcast is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Your use of YouTube, Stripe and your podcast app is also subject to those providers’ terms.

Liability

We operate the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee permanent availability of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
